Do I pay this office anything at any stage?

Can you get me a flight, or a berth on a boat?
No, and the office does not try. Air travel is yours to arrange, on your dates, with whoever you prefer. What it does instead is the ground half: it puts your dates to the company running the accommodation, gets terms in writing, and has the nights held in your name once you agree. A scheduled crossing on water, where one is involved, sits on that company's license and its invoice.
Do you sell insurance, or advise on entry documents?
Neither. This office sells no insurance of any kind and gives no guidance at all on entry documents. Entry rules are a matter between you and the authority that issues them, and any version of the question belongs there. Nobody here will guess in either direction.
How do I decide between seven nights, twenty one and fifty six?
Ask what you want to be doing on a Wednesday afternoon in the middle of it. A week suits a place with one clear object that seven days uses up honestly. Three weeks suits a place with a second layer sitting under the obvious one. Fifty six nights suits somewhere you would happily spend a wet Tuesday with nothing arranged.
I took three weeks and want to stay on. What then?
Say so early and the office asks the operator whether the nights after yours are free. If they are, it quotes the extension on its own terms and bills it separately, so you end with two agreements, not one rewritten. An extension is priced as an extension: it does not become the fifty six night figure, which belongs to a stay taken at that length from the start.
I am traveling alone. What does that change?
The grid figures are per person on two people sharing, which is how the operators quote to us. One person in the same house or room is quoted separately, since the operator lets the whole space either way. What that comes to depends on whether the company lets rooms or whole houses, so name one traveler with the cell you want and the answer carries the actual number.
What holding a house actually means?
In one message from the operating company naming you, the exact nights and the figure. The hold lives in that company's own book, not on any screen here.
